Server update
At Tickerly, we continually strive to enhance our platform’s performance and user experience. In line with this commitment, we are excited to announce a significant upgrade to our signal processing server. This upgrade will provide a more robust and reliable service to support your online trading automation needs.
However, this server upgrade requires a change in our IP address, which means you will need to take a few simple steps to continue using Tickerly without interruption:
- Whitelist the New IP Address on Your Exchanges:
Please add the following new IP address to your exchange’s whitelist: 217.160.238.76
This will ensure that your exchanges allow communication with our upgraded server. - Update the Webhook on Your TradingView Alerts: To receive alerts from our new server, please update the webhook URL in your TradingView alerts to the following: http://217.160.238.76
We encourage you to make these changes as soon as possible to ensure a seamless transition. Our new server is available now, and the old server will be retired in 21 days, on 16 April 2023. After this date, the old IP address and webhook will no longer function.
We understand that changes like these can be a bit inconvenient, and we apologize for any disruption this may cause. If you need assistance with these updates or have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our dedicated support team at [email protected] or on our discord.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support. We are confident that this server upgrade will provide an even better trading automation experience for all our valued subscribers.
Wishing you continued success in your trading journey!
All the best,
Jay
