This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions of the services provided by JLH Consulting Aps (40232834), operating as Tickerly.net Site. By utilizing Tickerly’s services, you signify your full acceptance of this Agreement. In the event of disagreement with the terms, you are prohibited from using the services.
By accessing and registering for our services on this Site, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the following Terms of Use. Please take the time to carefully review the entire Terms of Use before using this Site or any of its services.
In this Agreement, “Tickerly” refers to JLH Consulting Aps and its related parties, including owners, directors, employees, and investors. JLH Consulting Aps is a Danish limited liability company. “Tickerly” may also refer to the services, products, Site, content, or other materials provided by the company (collectively referred to as “Materials”).
Depending on your location, some functions of the Site may not be available to you. It is your responsibility to abide by the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction, both in your country of residence and the country from which you access this Site and its services. If you comply with these Terms of Use, Tickerly grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and non-exclusive right to access and use the Site and its services.

You acknowledge and agree that the form and features of the Service may change at any time without prior notice to you. Tickerly reserves the right to permanently or temporarily discontinue the Service or any of its features at its sole discretion, without prior notice to you. You may cease using the Service at any time in accordance with these Terms of Use.

Tickerly provides the Service but does not offer any financial, investment, legal, tax, or professional advice. Tickerly is not a broker, financial advisor, investment advisor, portfolio manager, or tax advisor and will not be held responsible for any information obtained through the Site. Accounts
To access certain features on the site, you must register for an account and fill out a profile. An account holder is any individual who enters into an agreement with JLH Consulting Aps based on these Terms of Service. The Terms of Service and any related provisions apply to all rights and obligations resulting from the use of the site and the services. Before registering as an account holder, it is recommended that each individual carefully reads and understands these Terms of Service. These Terms of Service remain in effect as long as the corresponding account can be accessed through the Tickerly.com platform. By creating an account to use the Tickerly services, account holders confirm and guarantee:
• they have accepted these Terms of Service; and
• they are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the full capability to accept these Terms of Service and establish a relationship with Tickerly.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that using the service in accordance with these Terms of Service is legally allowed in your place of residence. If such use is not permitted by law, access and use of the site is prohibited. During the registration process, you will need to provide us with certain information, such as your email address and password. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information about yourself, and to promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You can update or change your account settings at any time. Sharing access to your account with unauthorized individuals is not allowed.
Account Confidentiality
Account Security Your account’s confidentiality, including any username, password, or other security information, must be kept confidential and not disclosed to any third party. Be careful when accessing your account from a public or shared computer to prevent unauthorized access to your personal information. Your account is personal to you and should not be shared with others. You are responsible for immediately informing us of any unauthorized access to your account or any security breach. Additionally, you should log out of your account at the end of each session and are solely responsible for any password misuse or unauthorized access. We will not be held liable for any damages or losses caused by a failure to maintain the confidentiality of your password. You have the right to close your account after fulfilling all obligations associated with it.
Account holder representations and warranties
By opening an account with Tickerly, the account holder confirms and guarantees the following:
- They have agreed to these terms of use.
- They comply with all relevant laws and regulations in their place of residence and/or the location from which they access the site and services.
- They are of legal age, at least 18 years old, and have the mental capacity to accept these terms of use and participate in cryptocurrency transactions.
- They will provide Tickerly with accurate, up-to-date information during the account creation process and will keep their information current.
- They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and any activities that occur under it.
- They are using funds belonging to them and obtained legally to conduct transactions through Tickerly.
- They will not use funds obtained through illegal activities such as drug trafficking or terrorism to transact on Tickerly.
- They are not politically exposed and do not have connections to such individuals.
- They will only perform transactions in accordance with these terms and are authorized to do so.
- They will withdraw cryptocurrency from their account to their personal wallet only and Tickerly will not be held responsible for verifying the ownership of the wallet or for any errors or fraud regarding withdrawals.
- They will not use Tickerly for false profiles, unauthorized access, disruptive behavior, illegal activities, or for any commercial use, including the trading of intellectual property.
Client data
All information belonging to the Client will remain their property. Without the Client’s permission (at their discretion), Tickerly shall not:
- Use the Client data for any purpose other than providing the Services,
- Disclose, sell, assign, lease, or provide the Client data to third parties, or
- Exploit the Client data commercially on behalf of Tickerly.
Tickerly hereby transfers all its rights, title, and interest in the Client data to the Client without any additional compensation.
Aggregated data
Client authorizes Tickerly to have a permanent, non-exclusive, transferable, assignable, royalty-free, global license to utilize and process aggregated, anonymous, and de-identified data from Client. This license allows Tickerly to use the aggregated data for various purposes, such as improving the platform, conducting research, creating new products and services, analyzing usage patterns, and generating insights and predictions. Tickerly shall own all rights to the aggregated data and has the right to transfer or assign these rights to third parties. Tickerly guarantees that it uses methods to ensure the irreversibility of the aggregated data.
Links to third-party websites and third-party information
The Site and Services offered on the Site may include links to third-party websites that are not managed or controlled by Tickerly. Tickerly does not take responsibility for the content, terms, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Tickerly does not monitor or edit the content of these websites. By using the Site or Services, you agree to release Tickerly from any liability related to your use of these third-party websites. Tickerly cannot be held responsible for any Internet connection malfunctions, breakdowns, delays, or interruptions, or if the Services are unavailable at any time or for any period. Tickerly and its directors, officers, employees, and agents explicitly disclaim all other warranties and conditions, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, completeness, security, reliability, suitability, accuracy, currency, availability, error-free, uninterrupted operation, or that defects will be corrected, and any warranties arising from a course of dealing, performance, or trade usage.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, compensate, and absolve Tickerly and its affiliates, as well as their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, service providers, contractors, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that result from or relate to your violation of these Terms of Use or your use of the Software, including, but not limited to, your submissions, Third-Party Platforms, any use of the Content, services, and products that is not authorized by these Terms of Use, to the greatest extent allowed by law.
Refund policy
Customers may request a refund within seven calendar days after purchasing any service plan by submitting a ticket to the support team and providing evidence that the platform is not meeting standards.
A partial refund will be calculated based on the remaining days of the service plan for customers who have used the service for less than seven calendar days. If a discount was applied, the refund amount will be calculated at the regular rate, not the discounted rate.
Refunds will be paid within thirty calendar days to the bitcoin address provided in the support ticket, with a deduction for transaction fees.
Termination and cancellation
You acknowledge that Tickerly has the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and your account, along with the Content, APIs, features, functionality, products, and services associated with it. This includes, but is not limited to, the ability to limit, suspend, or end the Services, close accounts, restrict access to the Site and its contents, remove hosted content, and take technical and legal steps to keep users off the Site if deemed necessary for issues such as causing problems, possible legal liabilities, infringing on intellectual property rights, or violating these Terms of Use. Tickerly may also, at its discretion, cancel accounts for reasons such as attempting unauthorized access, breaking software security, using the Services for illegal activities, violating these Terms of Use, operational difficulties, or at the request of law enforcement. Inactive accounts that have not been used for six months or more may also be canceled. Tickerly reserves the right to modify or discontinue its Site or Services. You agree that Tickerly will not be held liable for the termination of your account or access to the Site. You may choose to close your client account by utilizing the option made available to you. The closure process will take thirty (30) days, provided that all disputes have been resolved and all obligations related to your use of the Software have been fulfilled.
